Over 20 years dedicated to the sports sector. His professional beginnings started at Real Sporting de Gijón with more than 11 years at the club. He went through the world of representing footballers at an international level and has been helping athletes get sports and academic scholarships in the United States for more than 5 years.
Comprehensive sports manager with experience in athlete counseling, sports management and talent management.

Former professional footballer with experience in first and second division in teams like Real Sporting de Gijón, Recreativo de Huelva or UD Logrones. After his retirement he was assistant coach at San Jacinto CC and after that experience he has been advising and getting sports and academic scholarships for many athletes in all disciplines.
As a sports manager, his role as Sports Advisor at Real Sporting de Gijón stood out.

Álvaro Plaza de las Heras
Tennis Ambassador
Tennis professional with more than 25 years of experience. Professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (INEF) and technical director at Club de Tenis Aranjuez, where he leads a program with over 350 students. He combines his work in Spain with directing tennis at camps in New York, integrating international methodologies into player development and coach education.
